I've just completed day 5 and I'm very very pleased to say that I completed 98% of everything. Still can't master those damn push ups, although did a full set of the half ones. And with the side lunges I can only do one arm raise at a time.
But I'm so pleased to be actually seeing a difference in my performance. Although unfortunately not seeing the difference and no weight loss...yet!!!

So now I'm really starting to feel a difference in my capability to do the routine.
I didn't do the routine in Friday as my legs still felt quite stiff, but in hindsight perhaps it would have actually loosened my muscles slightly.
I did the workout first thing on Saturday morning and it was really good. Instead of feeling exhausted I felt quite invigorated and energised.
I've just completed day 4 tonight and am really pleased as I'm now able to complete about 95% of the workout (still can't do those bloody press ups though!) I've especially noticed a difference in how much of the cardio I'm able to do and I'm actually quite enjoying it!
I think I should also mention here that although I've been complaining that my thighs and calves have been really tight, please don't let this put you off.
For me, squats and lunges have always been my nemesis and I do have a bad habit of not stretching out properly. So what I would say is male sure you do stretch out and I'd also perhaps recommend spending a little more time on stretching out your legs than the DVD gives you.

OK, I didn't do a workout last night. I think that's reasonable though as I was having significant difficulty actually putting one foot in front of the other (and oh my, stairs were a killer).
It's very tempting to have another "rest day" today as my legs are still aching, but I know that I NEED to get back on it today, otherwise I just won't.

I was completely dreading day 2. I was aching and thought it would be impossible to complete. However, I managed to complete most of the exercises and didn't feel like I was about to die quite as much as I did the day previous.
I also used heavier weights as I didn't think I was pushing myself quite as much as I could.
However, the challenge lies with today. My calves and thighs are wrecked, I can barely walk, but I'm hoping that once I done a few warm ups, I should be OK. Fingers crossed.
I can't wait to get to day 6 and 7 where hopefully I should be seeing some results! I've also done my "before" shots, so it's just a case of completing the next 27 days!!

So, I got the DVD and read the back cover, and thought "20 minutes, how hard can it be?".
Turns out, quite hard.
I can't really put my finger on why I found it so difficult, but at the end I was totally exhausted and today I'm aching terribly.
I ended the workout feeling really worked out on my legs, but I have to be honest that I didn't really feel anything on my stomach or arms. Today my shoulders are a little stiff, but nothing to write home about. Maybe this is because in the past I've worked quite hard on my arms and stomach, or maybe the weights I'm using aren't heavy enough.
It's going to be difficult to do Day 2, but know I have to do it tonight otherwise I just won't do it ever again.
