30 Day Shred Day 2 (still)
15:33OK, I didn't do a workout last night. I think that's reasonable though as I was having significant difficulty actually putting one foot in front of the other (and oh my, stairs were a killer).
It's very tempting to have another "rest day" today as my legs are still aching, but I know that I NEED to get back on it today, otherwise I just won't.
