30 Day Shred - Day 2
11:38I was completely dreading day 2. I was aching and thought it would be impossible to complete. However, I managed to complete most of the exercises and didn't feel like I was about to die quite as much as I did the day previous.
I also used heavier weights as I didn't think I was pushing myself quite as much as I could.
However, the challenge lies with today. My calves and thighs are wrecked, I can barely walk, but I'm hoping that once I done a few warm ups, I should be OK. Fingers crossed.
I can't wait to get to day 6 and 7 where hopefully I should be seeing some results! I've also done my "before" shots, so it's just a case of completing the next 27 days!!
