30 Day Shred - Day 6

So I've been very bad and missed 2 days!! And it was really hard to do tonight, but I'm so glad I did! Still finding it challenging, but I'm able to do the majority of the work and tonight especially I am very finishing very sweaty and physically worn out! (and I'm not a sweaty person!) I've just completed day 5 and I'm very very pleased to say that I completed 98% of everything. Still can't master those damn push ups, although did a full set of the half ones.
